In #3 there's a line that says if you don't need it, don't carry it... that's such an important point it could have a bullet of its own. Point #7 could go a bit farther. Don't give out you SSN number to anyone you absolutely have to. There are lots of forms that ask for it, but most of the time you can just leave that field blank.
