FHA loans can be great, but if you think you’ll ever want to rent your home out at some point in the future you won’t be able to with an FHA. Just something to consider in your decision.

My mom used this to get a loan on our townhouse years ago. She paid on time, fixed it up, and was able to sell it for 3x the price.She was able to pay off her high interest debt and put a chunk down on a home.

This wouldn’t have been possible with the FHA loan.
